Principal

Prior to forming Lane Street Partners, Darin Raiken served for over 14 years as the Director of Acquisitions for Kushner Real Estate Group, also known as KRE Group. At KRE Group, Mr. Raiken was the senior acquisitions executive reporting directly to the company’s Chairman and President, and was responsible for sourcing, structuring, financing, and asset managing a wide range of real estate investments including both acquisitions of existing buildings and development projects.

Prior to his tenure at KRE Group, he spent over a decade as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and at Granite Partners.

Mr. Raiken holds an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College where he received the Rockefeller Prize in Economics and a M.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics, where he was a Fulbright Scholar with a concentration in Game Theory.


Brad Driscoll

Brad Driscoll
Director of Acquisitions

Prior to joining Lane Street Partners, Brad Driscoll worked together with Mr. Raiken in acquisitions at Kushner Real Estate Group. Prior to his tenure at Kushner, Mr. Driscoll worked in acquisitions at real estate private equity firms Palatine Capital Partners and Vanbarton Group.

He began his career as a real estate investment banker at J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Driscoll holds a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Miami.


Mitch Hohn

Mitch Hohn
Director of Asset Management

Prior to joining Lane Street Partners, Mitch Hohn worked together with Mr. Raiken as an asset manager and property manager at Kushner Real Estate Group. At KRE Group, Mr. Hohn played a central role in the asset management, property management and institutional reporting for a multifamily portfolio of over 10,000 apartment units. Mr. Hohn also served as an asset manager for another private real estate investment company with a portfolio of over 6,000 apartment units.

Mr. Hohn holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Rowan University.
